How can I cancel or reschedule a session that is already booked?

You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session it will be up to the expert's discretion whether to honor. Please reach out to your expert directly via the platform for a rescheduling request. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable to respect our expert's time. Some experts may just cancel the session and have you rebook to simplify the scheduling process.
