Will virtual meetings be automatically scheduled?

No, the meetings will automatically be booked during a time that you set up on your availability calendar. You will need to then set up a virtual call (Zoom, Meet, etc...) and send an invite to your member to facilitate the discussion. Free level meeting services should suffice for these meetings.
