Once a Member pays and books a session, how do we set up the meeting?

We encourage you to use any of the popular virtual video conference/meeting apps available such as Zoom, Google Meet, Apple Facetime or Microsoft Teams for example. Depending on the length of the session all of these offer free service levels that should work well for you to host your meeting. You can pre-schedule the meeting with your service provider of choice and then send a link to the meeting in the Well Me Right platform messaging portal that is connected to the session booking ahead of time.
