Wellness Session Group

Purchasing a group wellness session

Well Me Right offers three different session types.

1. Single Wellness Sessions: A single 1:1 session booked with a Wellness Expert at a pre-scheduled date and time.

2. Package Wellness Sessions: A package of sessions pre-purchased that can be booked over a period of time with an expert.

3. Group Wellness Sessions: A single session that is hosted on a preset time and date for a group of participants.

What are the benefits of Group Wellness Sessions?

  • Group wellness sessions allow for multiple Members to participate in a session on a specific wellness topic on a preset date and time or recurring date any time (every Saturday for example).
  • Group sessions should focus on a specific topic that can be presented or conducted in an interactive way for multiple members at once.
  • The key benefit of a group session is that the price is set at the participant level so by having multiple participants the session price can be lower than a single 1:1 wellness session might typically be priced at.
  • Another benefit of group sessions is that they can be conducted in an interactive format so that if one member has a question another member can also benefit from hearing the answer and asking a follow-up question that might better inform the group.

What to know about group sessions?

  • Group sessions are scheduled in advance to be held on a pre-set date and time, make sure you are available to attend at that time and check to see if its recurring or only hosted on a single date.
  • Right now we are not able to limit the number of participants in a group session, but an Expert can always close the listing once they have hit their target group size.
  • You can register for multiple participants at once if you'd like to invite your friends or family to join the session with you.
  • You can filter for sessions by session type on the session listing page to find or remove group sessions when browsing.
  • Please be respectful to other members in the group session and be aware that personal questions should not be asked in a group session setting.
